Change Hair Colour Photoshop. To create a new layer. You can see my settings in the image below, and you can pretty much use the same settings if your model’s hair color is.
Go to layer > new adjustment layer > selective color. Select neutrals from the dropdown menu. Color with your desired color using the brush tool and with the right size on the entire area of the hair.
You choose file > open to open an image to which you would like to change hair color: For this step, go to the image option and click on the menu bar. To create a new layer, go to the layer bar and click on ‘create new layer’.
Click on the new adjustment layer icon and select selective color. There is a lot of scattered hair in this image which makes the selection difficult. When you've completed the steps above, without deselecting make a new layer ontop of the background layer.
To make it easy, use the ‘colour range ‘selection method. Turn off the black layer and create a new hue/saturation adjustment layer on top of everything. In the properties panel, you’ll see the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (cmyk) sliders that you can use to adjust the colors in the image.
Name the layer or leave it as the default name and click ok: Have fun and laugh, enjoying a number of options to apply to every selfie. You can now adjust the sliders based on the color you want in your end result.
